Prices & booking conditions (subject to change)

€133.00 per standard single room per night plus city tax

€145.00 per standard double room per night (for two people) plus city tax

Breakfast is charged at €25.00 per person per day (not included).

Prices include service and applicable VAT.

Rooms can also be booked as triple rooms (please email the Estrel after booking, limited availability).

Only adults can be booked through the contingent. If you would like to book with children, please contact the Estrel after booking your room.

Please ask the Estrel about surcharges for higher room categories.

When booking higher room categories, the accommodation tax is automatically adjusted.
The city tax of 7.5% on the net accommodation price plus 7% VAT levied by the city of Berlin is in addition to the agreed contract rates. Business-related overnight stays are exempt from this tax. Guests must provide proof of this.

A credit card is required for booking.
This is for guarantee purposes only and will not be charged in advance. Payment is made by the guest upon arrival at the hotel. The credit card provided will only be charged in the event of cancellation and/or no-show fees.

Reservations can be canceled or shortened free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or shortening of the stay, cancellation fees of 80% of the booked room rate per canceled room and per canceled night may apply.

The booking is also reserved for late arrivals after 6:00 p.m. and is guaranteed for the duration of the booked stay. In case of no-show, no-show fees of 80% of the booked room rate per room and night will be charged.
