Tickets for Berlin Con 2027
Tickets for Berlin Brettspiel Con are only available online via our ticket shop. There are many payment methods available (including prepayment by bank transfer or instant transfer). We do not have a box office or cash desk on site. However, it is possible to purchase tickets online on the same day, if still available. Our tickets are limited for security and capacity reasons.
Advance ticket sales for Berlin Con 2027 began on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
Ticket tip & merchandise
Despite generally rising costs for venue, staff, and logistics, we’re doing our best not to keep raising ticket prices. That’s why we’re asking everyone who can and is willing to do so to contribute a small, voluntary ticket tip. You can set this tip on the first page of our ticket shop. The ticket tip you set will increase the price of each ticket by that amount; however, it will not raise the prices of our merchandise during presale.
Another way to support the event is by pre-ordering our merchandise.

Cancellation, resale & ticket insurance
Our tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If you’ve purchased a ticket and are unable to attend the event, you have the option to transfer the ticket to someone else.
To ensure a secure resale to third parties, our resale portal is available to you. To do this, you’ll need to log in to the ticket portal (MyTicketportal) and list your tickets for resale there. Fees apply. If you’re looking for a ticket, feel free to check here as well.
You also have the option to purchase ticket insurance when you buy your tickets. This incurs an additional cost but allows you to return your tickets and receive a refund without having to resell them. You can find information about ticket insurance in the ticket shop.
Accommodation for 2027
Stay right on the convention grounds—just 50 meters from breakfast to the entrance! You can book your 2027 visitor package starting Monday, September 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. via our link.

Prices & booking conditions (subject to change)
- €133.00 per standard single room per night plus city tax
- €145.00 per standard double room per night (for two people) plus city tax
- Breakfast is charged at €25.00 per person per day (not included).
- Prices include service and applicable VAT.
- Rooms can also be booked as triple rooms (please email the Estrel after booking, limited availability).
- Only adults can be booked through the contingent. If you would like to book with children, please contact the Estrel after booking your room.
- Please ask the Estrel about surcharges for higher room categories.
- When booking higher room categories, the accommodation tax is automatically adjusted.
The city tax of 7.5% on the net accommodation price plus 7% VAT levied by the city of Berlin is in addition to the agreed contract rates. Business-related overnight stays are exempt from this tax. Guests must provide proof of this. - A credit card is required for booking.
This is for guarantee purposes only and will not be charged in advance. Payment is made by the guest upon arrival at the hotel. The credit card provided will only be charged in the event of cancellation and/or no-show fees. - Reservations can be canceled or shortened free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or shortening of the stay, cancellation fees of 80% of the booked room rate per canceled room and per canceled night may apply.
- The booking is also reserved for late arrivals after 6:00 p.m. and is guaranteed for the duration of the booked stay. In case of no-show, no-show fees of 80% of the booked room rate per room and night will be charged.

Bring & Buy Flea Market 2027
The popular Bring & Buy flea market will take place again this year. Please note that the flea market is located within our convention and that sellers therefore need a ticket.
Vendor registration for the Bring & Buy Flea Market will take place via our new flea market website: www.brettspiel-flohmarkt.com .
The start and end dates for game registration, as well as the maximum number of games that may be sold per person (56 games in 2026), will be announced at a later date.
The total number of games available is limited—while supplies last. We wish you a successful flea market!

At the event, film and sound recordings as well as photos will be taken, and you agree to their later use by attending the event.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you can contact the photographer or cameraman directly.

CAR
The Estrel Berlin’s convenient location and ideal transportation connections mean that we are easy to reach both by car and when using public transport. Highway access is only 1.5 kilometres away, and the distance to the Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is 13km. The Sonnenallee S-Bahn commuter train station can be reached on foot in only three minutes, and a bus stop and taxi rank are located right in front of the hotel.
Parking
Arrival by public transport is recommended as there is limited parking available nearby.
Visitors who stay at the Estrel Hotel can use the hotel garage.
