§ 6 Cancellation of the event
If the event is cancelled before the start, only the nominal value of the ticket can be refunded. The event can be cancelled until the beginning without giving reasons. There shall be no further claim for damages. The event will take place in all weather conditions as long as the organizer deems it responsible. Should the weather conditions pose a danger to body and health, the event will be cancelled immediately. In this case, as well as in the event of termination of the event for other reasons of force majeure, due to official orders or court decisions as well as the endangerment of visitors due to misconduct by others or the threat of escalation, due to excessive crowds, there shall be no claim for reimbursement or damages unless the organizer can be charged with intent or gross negligence. The organizer reserves the right to restrict access to areas of the site due to overcrowding for safety reasons. This does not give rise to any claims for damages, as it is impossible to plan the flow of visitors precisely.

§ 7 Claims for damages
Claims for damages against the organizer due to negligence are excluded. This also applies to its legal representatives or its vicarious agents. This regulation does not apply to damages due to injury to body, life, health, as well as gross negligence or intent of the organizer or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations, whereby the claim for damages is limited to the replacement of the foreseeable, typical damage. Further liability is excluded.

§ 8 Venue area
“Venue area” means the area as a whole, including the entrance areas, the inner courtyard, the dining areas and the associated designated routes. “Admission area” means the outdoor area in front of STATION-Berlin on Luckenwalder Straße. At the ticket offices there, the purchased ticket is exchanged for an admission ticket (badge) or an admission wristband, which grants access to the event. The term “inner courtyard” refers to the area in front of the STATION that provides access to the event halls. “STATION” means the actual building with its individual halls forming the event grounds.

§ 9 Parking spaces
Only public parking spaces are available for visitors. No special visitor parking spaces are available. As there are virtually no parking spaces in the public parking area around the STATION, it is strongly recommended that visitors travel by public transport. The underground station “Gleisdreieck Park” with the lines U1 and U2 is within walking distance.

§ 10 Access
Admission to the event grounds is only permitted with a valid admission ticket (badge) or a specific admission wristband, which can be purchased at the event on the day of the event or the visitor can obtain in exchange for the advance ticket at the ticket offices in the entrance area. Commercial resale of the advance booking ticket or the admission ticket is strictly prohibited. Visitors are allowed to leave the premises. When re-entering the event grounds, the undamaged wristband or admission ticket (badge) must be presented; otherwise there is no entitlement to re-entry.

§ 11 Refusal of access
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the visitor for important reasons. In this case, the visitor is only entitled to a refund of the nominal value of the ticket, unless the refusal of admission for important reasons is due to the person of the visitor. Any further claim for damages is excluded, unless the organizer acts with gross negligence or intent.

§ 12 Dangerous objects
It is prohibited to take glass containers of any kind, drugs as defined by the Narcotics Law, weapons of any kind and other dangerous objects onto the event grounds. The security service is instructed to carry out random bag checks and body searches. The visitor declares his or her agreement by purchasing tickets. In the event of violation of laws or these regulations, the visitor may be expelled from the event grounds. In this case, reimbursement and damage claims are excluded unless the organizer himself can be charged with gross negligence or intent.

§ 13 Wardrobe
On the event site, there is a luggage storage for a fee but no cloakrooms available.

§ 14 Escape routes
Escape routes and stairs must be kept clear at all times, may not be used as seating and must be crossed quickly.

§ 15 Waste
During the event, waste must be disposed of in the bins and containers provided for this purpose.

§ 16 Youth Protection Act
The Youth Protection Act applies to all event areas.

§ 17 Toilets
Urinating outside the designated toilets and facilities is not permitted.

§ 18 Vandalism
Deliberate damage to any objects and equipment is prohibited and will be prosecuted as vandalism.

§ 19 Stay without authorization
Persons who are not entitled to stay on the event grounds will be reported for fraudulent performance (§ 265a StGB) and trespass (§ 123 StGB).

§ 20 Consideration
It is necessary to be considerate towards the other visitors.

§ 21 Non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions for Visitors
Non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions for Visitors may lead to complete exclusion from the event. With an exclusion from the event, the ticket loses its validity. A claim for re-entry or reimbursement of the purchase price is excluded.

§ 22 Consent for the use of pictures and sound recordings
By entering the premises, the visitor irrevocably consents to the free use of his image and voice for photographs, live broadcasts, broadcasts and/or recordings of images and/or sound made by the organizer and/or its agents in connection with the event, as well as their subsequent utilization in all current and future media (in particular in the form of sound and image carriers, via print, as well as digital distribution, e.g. via the Internet).

§ 23 Photography
Photography for private use is generally permitted. Professional media representatives, YouTubers, etc. are requested to obtain accreditation from the organizer in advance.

§ 24 Relocation
The organizer reserves the right to relocate the event to a different location and/or schedule, as long as this is reasonable for the visitor and is announced one week before the start of the event. He also reserves the right to change the program. Cancellations or changes will be announced by the organizer as early as possible and can still take place after the beginning of the event for important reasons. Changes during the event will be announced by notices. No claims of any kind can be derived from this on the part of the visitor, unless the organizer acts grossly negligent or with intent.

§ 25 Liability
The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen items.

§ 26 Commercial activities
Any commercial action on the part of the visitors is prohibited without the prior written consent of the organizer.

§ 27 House right
On the entire event area, the house right is exercised by the organizer and/or by assigned third.

§ 28 Animals
Animals are not allowed on the event grounds.

§ 29 Night’s rest
The night’s rest starts at 10:00 p.m. From this time on, noise in the courtyard and in front of the STATION must be avoided.

§ 30 Smoking ban
Smoking is prohibited in all halls of the STATION.

§ 31 Team of helpers, security and information booths
The instructions of the voluntary helper team, the security and the fire guards must be followed. If you have any problems or questions for the organizer, please contact the official information point.

§ 32 Jurisdiction
For all disputes on a contractual or legal basis, Berlin shall be agreed as the place of jurisdiction, insofar as this is legally permissible; German law shall apply.

§ 33 Severability clause
Should a clause be ineffective, the remaining clauses shall not be affected thereby. The ineffective clause shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
