Prototype Gallery
Registration for Protorype Gallery 2025 has ended.
We don´t accept any more submissions.
The tables in the prototype gallery are 1.80m x 0.80m in size and are located in a separate area. There are 5 chairs per table. The prototype gallery is not open during GameNights. For a request please fill out the form. We will then get in touch with you.
The following conditions must be met to participate in the prototype gallery:
- The game must not be part of an ongoing crowdfunding campaign.
- The game must be unpublished.
- The game may also contain digital elements – purely digital games are not permitted.
- The participant* must own all rights to the submitted contribution and assures that all submitted materials are free of third-party rights.
Artist Alley
Registration for Artist Alley 2025 has ended.
The Artist Alley tables are 1.80m x 0.80m in size and are located in a separate area. There are 2 chairs per table. The Artist Alley is open during the Game Nights, but the tables do not have to be occupied. To make a request, please fill out the form. We will then get in touch with you.
The following conditions must be met to participate in the Artist Alley:
- Offered products should be self-drawn, designed, sewn, crafted or manufactured.
- The sale of professionally produced games and board game accessories (such as 3D printed inserts) is not permitted.
- The sale of fan art is tolerated in the Artist Alley area, provided that no applicable German law is violated. However, no more than 50% of the product range should consist of fan art.
