When does it all start?
On 01.08.2025 at 16:30 Berlin Con will finally open its doors again. At 16:30 we welcome all badge owners to the first GameNight. On 02.08. the complete Berlin Brettspiel Con 2025 opens for all visitors from 10 am to 7 pm. From 7 pm to midnight is the Gamenight.
On 03.08. the convention is open from 10 am – 6 pm.

Is there a public transportation connection?
From the main station: Bus M41 (direction “Baumschulenstraße”) to “Ziegrastraße”
OR any S-Bahn in eastern direction to S-Bahn station “Ostkreuz” (S3 / S5 / S7 / S75) or S-Bahn station “Treptower Park” (S9), then S-Bahn S41 (Ringbahn – clockwise direction of travel) to “Sonnenallee” (Estrel)

Can I pay by card?
Card payment is possible at many stands and traders. As of this year, we no longer accept cash at the flea market.
Where can I get medical help?
There are always two paramedics on site. Their base is located in Foyer 2 on the 1st floor and in the passage to the Estrel Hall. If you have any health problems, you can always contact security or a member of the team of helpers, who can then call the paramedics.
Accessibility and WC with changing table
All restrooms and the entire grounds, with the exception of the balconies in Hall 1, are barrier-free.

Is there a checkroom or luggage drop off?
The checkroom and baggage drop-off area is located in the passage between Foyer 1 and the Estrel Hall.
The checkroom costs €2 per item of luggage and clothing. There are only limited spaces available for items of clothing.
Please note that the baggage drop-off is not open during the Gamenights. However, it is possible to leave your bags there overnight and pick them up on Sunday.
The area is guarded, but we cannot accept any liability for luggage and its contents.
Where can I park?
We recommend traveling by public transport, as there are only a limited number of parking spaces available in the vicinity.
The Estrel underground parking garage and a parking lot at Ziegrastraße 1 are open to visitors, but are subject to a charge.
How do the GameNights work?
The GameNights on Friday evening and Saturday evening are only accessible with a badge ticket. All other visitors are requested to leave the convention area by 7 pm on Saturday.

Will there be a Berlin Con in 2026?
The Berlin Brettspiel Con 2026 will take place from 10.07.-12.07.2026. Advance ticket sales are expected to start in September.
Where can I stay overnight?
The directly connected Hotel Estrel offers over 1,000 beds. There are also various other hostels and AirBnBs in the immediate vicinity.
Can I sell at the flea market?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to register games for sale on site, as the flea market is already full. Registration is only possible in advance via the website and only up to the capacity limit.
Respectful treatment
Berlin Con is an open and tolerant event where we all want to have fun together. Harassment of any kind has no place here and will not be tolerated by us as organizers. If you experience or observe harassment, please contact the security staff or the team of helpers.
How does the free game library work?
The games lending desk in Hall 1 is permanently open. Please take good care of the games so that many more players can enjoy them. If you notice any missing items, please let the games lending team know.
In the Berlin Con App you can now browse all games in the games library and reserve them for a short time to pick them up in a fastlane. This will reduce the waiting time.
Photography and filming
Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be made at the event, and you agree to their subsequent use by attending the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you can ask the person in question directly.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.

Entry to the convention via this entrance is only possible with a wristband or badge during the special admission times.

Do I have to personalize the tickets?
No, that is no longer necessary. Tickets are now transferable until they are redeemed for an admission wristband at the ticket office.

Can I bring food & drink with me?
There are various food and beverage stations on the convention site, which are also open during GameNights. We kindly ask you not to consume your own food on the convention site.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Animals are only permitted after prior registration by 25.07.2025 at the latest.

Are there hygiene regulations?
At the time of the event, no special hygiene regulations for events apply in Berlin.
Cosplay & carrying weapons
It is not permitted to carry weapons that fall under the German Weapons Act. The security staff reserve the right to refuse entry with imitation weapons at their own discretion. All visitors in costume are requested to behave respectfully. Intimidating or frightening other participants, especially children, is not permitted.
