Prices & booking conditions (from Estrel without warranty)

€ 134,40 per standard single room and night

€ 147,00 per standard double room and night (for two persons)

For breakfast € 25,00 per person and day will be charged (not included).

The prices include service, Berlin bed tax and the legally valid value added tax.

The rooms can also be booked as triple rooms for € 178.50 per night (for this, email Estrel after booking, limited availability).

In the contingent only adults are bookable as guests. If you want to book with children, please contact the Estrel after booking the room.

When booking higher room categories, the accommodation tax is automatically adjusted.
The overnight tax levied by the city of Berlin since 01.01.2014 in the amount of 5% on the net accommodation price plus 7% VAT is understood to be in addition to the agreed contract rates. Excluded from this tax are business-related overnight stays. The guest must provide proof of this.

For booking a credit card is necessary.
This serves only as a guarantee and will not be charged in advance. Payment is to be made by the guest upon arrival at the hotel. The credit card will only be charged in case of cancellation and/or no-show fees.

Bookings can be cancelled or shortened free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. In case of a later
cancellation or shortening of stay, cancellation fees of 80% of the booked room rate per cancelled room and per cancelled night may apply.

The booking is also reserved for late arrival after 18:00 and guaranteed for the duration of the booked stay. In case of a no-show, NoShow fees of 80% of the booked room rate per room and night will be charged.
